Every product you buy from Win's Lighting Inc. is backed by our 30 day limited warranty against defects. Win's Lighting's 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by Win's Lighting. The 30 day policy refers to any electrical defects that may be present within the fixture itself. Any structural defects in the surface, frame finish or glass of the product must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product and then returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must contain an RMA # from our returns department. We do not accept returns on lighting fixtures or electrical equipment once the wiring has been cut or the device modified in any way, this determination is at Win's Lighting's sole discretion.
Items confirmed as defective by Win's Lighting will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact the returns department. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of receipt of product (as determined by UPS tracking #) or within 30 days of the invoice date if no tracking # is available. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee for non defective products. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by win's Lighting Inc. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation represents Win's Lighting's Acknowledgment of your request for merchandise but we reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If a cancellation occurs you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Win's Lighting reserves the right at any time after receipt of your request, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If such a shortage occurs you will be notified by phone or e-mail and you will be given the opportunity at that time to either accept the partial order or cancel your order at no penalty. All orders placed over $2000.00 ( U.S. ) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Win's Lighting Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Win's Lighting Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping Policy
Win's Lighting Inc. will make every effort to process your order and ship it out to you as soon as possible. Orders received during business hours (Mon-Sat. 8am-5pm) will be processed and prepared to ship as soon as we receive them. All orders that are in stock are shipped the following business day. Items that are out of stock, special orders or items labeled otherwise will take longer to ship; non stocked items listed in our catalog will specify the average ship time. Items ordered by special request will be arranged by e-mail and shipping times vary depending on the item and manufacturer.
