How do I return an item?
Every product you buy from Win's Electrical Supply Co. is backed by our 30 day limited warranty against defects. Our 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that we have confirmed as defective. The 30 day policy refers to any electrical defects that may be present within the fixture itself. Any structural defects in the surface, frame finish or glass of the product must be reported immediately upon receipt of product and then returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must contain an RMA # from our returns department. We do not accept returns on lighting fixtures or electrical equipment once the fixture has been installed or the wiring has been cut or the device modified in any way, this determination is at Win's Electrical Supply's discretion.
Items confirmed as defective by Win's Electrical Supply Co. will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact the returns department. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging, packing materials and other accessories and be returned within 30 days of receipt of product, as determined by UPS tracking number.
For returns of non-defective items customer service must be contacted and approve the return. Returned merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund minus up to 30% in restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non refundable, the cost and responsibility of return shipping lies with the customer for non defective returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Win's Electrical Supply Co.
